At 3:48, the speaker begins discussing their experience with the Arc one, a 100% electric speedboat. The boat has 500 horsepower, can seat 12 people, and has two large battery packs. The speaker met with Mitch Lee, the co-founder of Arc, to learn more about the boat’s design and the company’s plans for electrifying boating.

The speaker mentions that the boat is very quiet, even at lower speeds. The motor is located in the center of the boat and connects to a propeller shaft. The Arc one has two battery packs with a total power of 220 kilowatt hours, which can last for about three to five hours depending on usage.

The boat charges using a standard form of charging called CCCs one, which is compatible with most docks. The boat’s aluminum hull also acts as a cooling system for the motor and battery packs. The boat is equipped with a touchscreen display, a camera navigation system, and wireless charging pads for phones. It also has a spacious seating area, a pop-up ski pylon, and a swim platform.

The Arc one has a top speed of 40 miles per hour, and the speaker had the opportunity to reach that speed. However, they accidentally hit their wing on another object. The boat retails for $300,000 and is currently sold out. Arc is working on their next model, which is yet to be announced.

The speaker concludes the video and thanks the viewers for watching.
